Why Customer Experience and not something else?
I’ve been lucky to have had a lot of different roles and responsibilities in my time;
These varying roles has provided me with a broad business and commercial experience/knowledge which is somewhat unusual (at least I think it is).
The thing which has always been common though is that ultimately it’s really about customers. And customer experience is about the total business and not just about a bit of it.
I happen to think that a business can thrive, build and develop by focusing the principles of a great customer experience. It can’t though do this without paying heed to the costs and operations.
By focusing on customer experience, I can potentially, help customers, help businesses and the staff in those businesses. And engage all my natural curiosity which also happens to keep me in my flow state.
